HELP
- How does downloading work?
- Click on a title in the list of works on the left. Then type in your e-mail address. If we do not recognize it, you will be asked to submit – just once – additional information about yourself. After you have completed the form, you will receive an e-mail at the address you provided. Click on the link in the e-mail. This will return you to the web site. You can then begin downloading the symphonies.
- Do I have to type in my personal information each time I download?
- No, that is not necessary. You need to register only once. After you have registered, a “cookie” will be saved in your computer so that you will be recognized in subsequent visits. If you delete the cookie, or if you try to visit from a different computer, you will not be automatically recognized. However, you may then gain access typing in the e-mail address you previously submitted.
- I did not receive an e-mail after registering. What now?
- Check first whether the e-mail was routed to your “spam e-mail” folder. If not, you might have registered under a different e-mail address. Try entering a different e-mail address. If you are still denied access, you will have to re-register.
- I received the e-mail but my e-mail program blocked the link in it.
- Copy the complete link from the e-mail and paste in your browser’s address field.
- My browser does not accept cookies. How do I change this?
